This is a quick idea I had to enhance the tree landscape of my property. I took some 6’‘x6’’ cedar scraps and turned round balls on the lathe . Then I took more scrap from a timber frame job and cut some interesting shapes drilled a hole thru them and hung it all on one rope. I topped it off with a bell on the bottom and bingo charm bracelet tree art. This idea was impulsive but it has already spawned more detailed thought and makes the deer , foxes, geese and ducks singing in concert as the community rejoices in approval.

It’s fun to see your projects.

I have six acres on my work/home place here in the Flint Hills Tall Grass prairie of Kansas, and most of the time I’m just hoping to keep the grass below waste deep, and the deadfall limbs picked up enough to mow when I do get to it.

I appreciate how you work to make your property pretty and personal, and artistic, something I haven’t learned yet.

I guess I could count my dandelions as just beautiful yellow highlights in my grass.

good posting,
