Made a stool to match the crib, changing table and diaper station
The top is MDF, and the rest is Walnut.
The braces on the bottom are simply glued on, they are mostly for handles while picking it up and decoration.

I like this thing, simple and sturdy, no sharp edges for a baby’s room. It’s a good project, thanks for posting it.

Maybe its the picture but it looks lop sided. Is that part of the design. That asiide I like the design of the braces underneath.

I purposely put an angle to the top of the stool, makes it much more comfortable, its specifically made for the wife to use while breastfeeding.
And if the wife wants it to be a little taller/shorter she can scoot her feet up and down the top. This is helpful if she is wearing shoes or slippers.

Love it. Sliders/rocking chairs are overrated for actually breastfeeding… THis design encourages good posture I believe
