I made this cradle for my niece It was inspired from the many cradles I looked at here on LJ’s . Thanks to all of you fellow LJ’s. The wood is oak and the finish is rub on Gel (Prairie Wheat) I delivered it to her last week just in the time the baby was born that evening.

Lovely piece of work. Classic in every way. Super Job.

PS. Maybe you should hold off on your idea to make pre-ordered caskets, or at least don’t deliver them, based on your Cradle experience.

man that is beautiful and i like the way that the stand(?), is flat rather than curved as its the sort of thing you see in haunted houses that rock on there own lol.
