Candle Holder : Hot Candy

This is another look you can get by applying Acrylic water based Art paint on raw timber !!!

I applied it via moist cloth dipped in the paint, then rubbed into grain of timber !!

The effects i am getting from it are fantastic !!

I will put together a “Blog” on all the steps Iam doing to get these amazing finishes !
for anyone that wants to give a go !!

I know the traditional finishes of stain are a good way to feature the beauty of timber , but being an artist ,
I cant help myself from experimenting with the great colours I have at hand in my Art box !!!

I posted Pic 3 to give dimensions ect on the timbers I am using to create these !!!

Have a great day !!!

Anthony

I hope you do a blog! I am interested to see how you achieve such a vibrant color. I have used paint to create a wash of color, but it is much lighter then this.
