This is a project I just finished for my wife. She has been asking fo something to store her earings. I buiilt her a rack for them many years ago but it is full (too many ear rings?). This box is rose wood with 3 racks inside for the ear rings made of some scrap birds eye maple. It works quite well and she likes it.

Lovely work. The lid lift is spectacular. Very well done!

Wow, all I can say is this is just beautiful!!!!
Your wood choice is perfect, one of my favorite woods to work with.
What a beautiful design with the unique but gorgeous lift. You did a wonderful job on this. One of my favorites for sure and might like to use your concept if you don’t mind…... Just fantastic !

I really like that box. The grasping handles on the racks are a sweet touch, too.
