A friend recently returned from a vacation in Mexico & brought back a child’s jigsaw puzzle. I have had a scroll saw for several months & still had not got around to using it….hence no experience. I thot this would be a good project to learn on. Made two actually however I guess I’m a slow learner because the second one is no better than the first one.

Lee, they look good from here, I am betting a kid would love them. I just recently ventured into the scroll saw as well, takes some practice.

Nice job. What did you use to color to pieces. Aniline dyes, paint or ?

I used water based poster paints which are used in schools & are non toxic.
