Hello everyone,
Here are my latest pieces since my last post. The first is a completely new design and the most challenging one to date. I had some typical mistakes happen that turned out in the design’s favor. The other (wood series no. 2) is an evolved version of a design I already have. Let me know what you guys think. Good or Bad!! , I will post pictures of the construction next time. Take care.

This is one of those things that look so good, i wish i had thought of it first and because i didn’t, i get mad because i think i should be making stuff just as good.

Wonderfully intricate. Looks like mighty fine joinery, too.

This is a very interesting and unique piece. It certainly will be the focal point of the room.
Thanks for sharing.

Motorhowg,
Your lamps are stunning. Wide slender curves on nice woods; what more can you asks. Correct me if I’m wrong but I think one of the challenges of designing such a piece is to resit the temptation to overloaded it with decoration, thus detracting the eye from the overall flow.
I think you will be better off as a woodworker then as an actor. Good luck and welcome to LJ.

More Wow! I too, want details on the shade… and the build. You definitely have a flair. Welcome to Lumberjocks!

Very very nice. Excellent joinery too.
I would like to see a picture of it illuminating a room. I bet it would be warm.

Could you use this design for a desk or table lamp? I will have to check back on your website to see what else you’ve been up too. It really is a nice design. Wonderful work.
