This was a cabinet I built for my old TV. Made of oak trim and plywood. I couldn’t bring myself to throw it away when we got our new TV. I thought I would try to recycle it into a chest of drawers for myself. Should be simple enough. I’ll post picture of the progress when I start.

Yeah, that should be an easy conversion – heck, you are halfway there already – just build some drawers.

This just reinforces several posts I have made with regards to tossing cutoffs and the like- DON’T DO IT. Invariable when they are tossed you will find a use for them shortly thereafter. This is a great use of material.
I am looking forward to seeing the finished piece.
