My son needed a TV stand and I decided this was a project I could handle. I used white Oak and made a simple stand, about the only thing I had to work hard at was the support arm. I wanted the TV to be centered somewhat on the stand to limit tipping, so I glued up several pieces then cut and shaped them to bring the TV forward a few inches. The wider portions were decorative as well as giving me more area at the glue joints. Finally a complement from my wife!

Great stand with a very nice finish.

I like the shape, very organic.
