Cheese cutting board

Hello

My cheese cutting board is finished (4 layers of mineral oil)

I try to have a singular design with using two differents router bits on the bottom and the base (Picture 3 and Picture 4 )
I don’t know which side I will use

Use one side for meat cutting and the other for veggies.
Or use just one side and the other side for showing.
