This Log TV Stand is made from Mountain Cedar and Beetle kill pine with several coats of poly. I made this table for my wifes sister for Christmas. The tenons go thru the top and the red heart of the cedar really is a contrast to the white and blues of the beetle kill pine top and shelf. The shelf is mortised into the legs for support and to increase its area. Hope you like.

Very cool TV stand, love the natural edges, and the back legs being inset really ads interest to it as well. Well done. I’m building and entertainment center now out of Knotty Alder and the top has the Natural Edge left on it as well… Nice post.

I’m a great fan of natural edge projects…I’ve got a 4’ long piece of Mesquite hiding under the bed…think I just found the project for it. Thanks for posting!
