I finally finished 3 more boxes. The first is poplar, the second is purple heart with a band of poplar through the center and the third is European Walnut. All have been finished with Danish Oil and multiple coats of gloss poly.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments. Tony, I love working with the walnut, one of my favorite, cuts and sands great., 308Gap, I mainly use a 3/16 blade on the curves and 1/2 on the straight cuts. gfadvm, no I used a foam brush, on my next one I might try spraying and see if it is easier
