This set of cabinet doors was made out of MDF. I made 2 templates on my inverted pin router. Four door designs are the same ( the 4 on the outside) and the 2 middle ones are the same. I plowed out the back to accept the 1/4” plexiglass bubble panels. The last picture shows the doors from the back. Each blue plexi shape was cut out on the scroll saw individually. The plexi ( 3 FORM ) is flat on one side and a bubble texture on the face side. The first picture shows the doors face, Primed and painted white. On the 24th of this month we will be going to Key West to install this project, I will post the 6th picture of the finished product. This project was fun to build and it was done with out a CNC. This was for a hotel in Key West.
-- Have a great day.

I like the design. Very nice work – as usual. Can’t wait to see the finished product installed.

Patron, this wasn’t made with a CNC. It was made with a scrollsaw and an inverted pin router. I don’t use CNC’s.
