Is that a bloodwood dowel for a hinge too? Truly unique. Awesome job.

This one has a lot of character.

The stripe in the zebra wood accentuate the effect of “sand dunes”.

Great job!

I am in love with this box. I have a perfect piece of zebra wood and I think I now know what to do with it!

The striations with the carved curves really makes for some optical illusions. I was going to criticize you for not being able to cut in a straight line!!!! :)

4 boxes at a time. Now, you are just showing off! And… I like it. This Zebra wood one with the legs is my favorite. I just couldn’t help but think with the Zebra wood and blood wood that there must be a Wild Kindom Box in the future, mixing the woods with what would appear to be claw marks exposing bloodwood as the flesh theme. Now that would be mixing up the woods to tell a story :)
Just a thought.
Wonderful boxes. Thanks for sharing them with us.
