These are frames that I am selling or made for samples. Enjoy.
I wanted to thank the LJ’s who replied to my questions about Tung Oil. Unless otherwise mentioned, the frames have a Maloof finish (TO, BLO, & Urethane).

So can anyone tell me what to call that brown stuff around the frames, prominent in the title picture and in picture 10 of the slide show?

Those are all beautiful. You choose such nice pieces with character, yet still conforming (save for the splinter)!
-what do you mean by brown? I thought the darker part was a finish technique.
