I designed and built these pieces for a small chapel to say mass daily. I used walnut veneer for the bentwood legs and solid walnut for all tops. The tabernacle piece on the right was designed to hold the eternal candle with a window to see when one walks in and shine throughout the chapel without lights on. It has a curved fish symbol on the door for the handle and by law a lock underneath. All three pieces in a curved poetic concert leading to an intersection with Christianity.
