Ambrosia Maple Tables—the taller one is going to serve a dual role, one of which is my callmaking finishing table. And the shorter one, just an end table.

This was some of the prettiest, highly flavored wood I have seen in a while.

Yeah Pete, the table will serve a dual role. I am using it as my game call finishing table whereby i simply drape a protective cover over the table when finishing the calls. The second role is leaving partially finished calls sitting out serves as an excellent conversation starter.

Wonderful table. A nice place to work on your terrific game calls. I’m a novice callmaker & Oregon Burls (a fellow LJ) has some incredible call blanks on his site. You might want to check them out.

I LOVE THE END TABLE!!! I’m in love with the Ambrosia Maple wood. I made a bowl out of spalted Ambrosia Maple just the other day. Have a blank of A.M. out in the shop that I will be turning sometime this week. I think A.M. has great character and beauty. One of my most favored wood species. Great work!!
