This is my first attempt to make a toy train, it is made out of pine, and then I painted it. I got the plans from a book that a person wrote showing all of his toy projects. His were all stained and not painted, maybe if I try and redo it I will try and do better work so I can stain it. The whole train is about 6 feet long when cars are coupled.

Fantastic, I may have to try one some day. What is the book?
