This is a table I built for my living room sofe. It is made from beetle kill pine for the top and mountain cedar for the legs and red heart cedar for the bottom shelve. This is my first laminated top. It has a 2 part epoxy (bar top) finish which makes it look like glass on the top and 6 coats of poly for the rest. I loved the live edge and next time I will try to do the two ends also.

This is nice! I like the big through tenons on the top, and like hardhead I really like the floating shelf. :) Rustic rules!

Great piece!!!!!!! Like hardhead and rivergirl, I, too, like the floating shelf. I’ve been looking for a design for a tv stand (our daughter just surprised us with a combined Mother’s Day and birthday gift of a 46 inch LED television), and now I have a model I can use. Thank you!!!
