Bed

We put this bed together using alot of things I already had in the garage. 2×4 and 2×2 rails on the inside. A sheet of AC Pine ply for most the box with some 1X Pine finishing out one end. Poplar drawar with Luan bottom. We used some wood that was given to us for the drawer fronts, top rails, and a bookmatched piece of it on the end for decoration. Not really sure what species it is. Put it together using stiles and pocket screws. Red Oak stain on the Pine, then 3 coats of Polyurethane on everything.

We were able to experiment with a few things for this project, including using a spraygun, resawing, and bookmatching.
