The home was in need of place to sit and take your boots/shoes off when you come in. Well the place still is as what happens is all the clutter winds up on the bench, thus the name.
Make from Red Oak, blind mortise joints. Played with various router bits to create revels on the legs and tapered the bottom of each. Finish is Min Wax Ipswich Pine and several layers of Tung oil.

This is so lovely and functional too! And you did such a terrific job on it that when the kids are done using it for boots and shoes it will still be lovely and sturdy. They grow so fast- soon there will be only a plant on that stand. :)
