Very nice. I like the grain orientation and the cedar. I have a bunch in the wood pile my brother gave me and I’ve turned a couple of pieces. It gets the shop smelling like a closet.

Love the cedar. Eastern red cedar is a favorite wood of mine. I think that it’s somewhat under appreciated by wood workers, and usually relegated to blanket chests and closets. This is a beautiful piece, well done! . I think it’s time this wood “came out of the closet” and gets used in more artistic ways.
