Autumnal Mask

I made this for an Autumnal Masquerade Ball. I am a big fan of Joseph Campbell, Jung, sacred rituals, and one of may favorite movies is “The Wicker Man”... It was spiritually incongruent and powerfully primitive to wear and converse with this mask on. I really stood out among all the elegant feathers, jewels, lace, and tuxedos.

Looks ‘Norse’ to me. Very organic… and maybe tribal. I like it.

Do you have a picture of the “inside” of it?
