Here’s a project I made years ago and it’s one of my favorites. Solid walnut dictionary stand. Large turning, cross beam legs and angled top make it an interesting project to build.

This is a really nice piece Bob, simple yet very well balanced and useful. I like the lightness of the design without looking flimsy or unable to stand the use. You did a fine job, thank you for sharing.
I guess one of those days I’m going to steal your design, being as I am somebody who not only does love books beyond limits but also an avid user of huge bilingual dictionaries.

That is a beautiful stand. It does have a “classic” look.
The dictionary that I use all the time is located on my “C:” drive. But your’s looks much nicer ;^D
