After seeing the boards that michaeljohn posted a while back I started saving my scrap cherry, walnut and maple strips. Here is the results. I finished it with a product called Emmets Elixer that I picked up at Youngblood Lumber here in Mpls., MN.

I agree, it’s a really nice layout.

I had made some of theses styles as well LOve them. Yours look great. The only problem with cutting boards is after anyone see’s them you will be making them forever. I’m up to over 100 thus far. Just made 12 more last week they sell like hot cakes. This was one of my fav. patterns.
