Maple, Walnut and Cherry cutting board

This is a Maple, Walnut and Cherry end grain cutting board I made for my grandfather. It has a juice groove on one side and smooth on the other so he can use both sides whether it be rolling out his dough or cutting fruits and veggies…

End Grain? Am I missing something, Real nice piece, I especially like that type of handle
