i wanted to try and make a mallet new to turning so take it easy on me guys ….. this is my first lathe project

she’s done ! well sorta letting the tung oil dry now …. and yes the was all done on the shopsmith

Lookin’ good. Say, is that a Magna Tool Corp. ShopSmith? If memory serves me right, Montgomery Ward sold them.
