This is a keepsake box that I made about a year or so ago. It sits atop my wife’s dresser. Walnut and hickory. It was one of the first projects using a dovetail jig.

I love the colors. I plan on making a keepsake box my self but I plan on making wooden hinges to go with it, with a small dowel as the pin for the hinge to work that way I can say it is made of all wood and glue.
