I made this board out of Red Oak. It measures 12 X 21 3/4 X 1 3/4. I put a protective coat of mineral oil before sending it to the client. I am getting a lot of calls for thick butcher block style boards lately. Hope the market continues. -- Robert-maine

Looks great. I like the drip groove. I have been to scared to try that. I am afraid I will mess it up and ruin the board.
