after i bought my radial saw i set to work re-building the table and tuning it. after i was done with that i needed a project to put it through its paces. after much thought i decided to build a bunch of toys. they are 9.75 inches long, 2.5 inches wide and 4 inches tall. the beds are made of recycled alder. the bodies are made of 2×3 and 1×3 pine. I am currently making a pile of these as a consignment for the store i work at.

Welcome to LumberJocks. I love these types of simple made trucks, my daughter and I have made a few. I really like your cut design on the front hood. I have been just going with the basic block.

yeah the hood is actually really easy to make i just adjusted my radial saw so all i have to do is line it up and cut each side. it gives it that extra bit of detail people seem to want
