This is a jewelry chest, built in the early 80s. Walnut with 3 applications of Watco, followed by 4 coats Polyurethane.

Thanks Charlie. While she has plenty of baubles, the wife doesn’t wear them often, so the case gets little use.

Thanks Dan. Yep, they are natural. Rescued the logs from my dad’s pile waiting to be cut into short lengths for FIREWOOD??!
