I like it.
I was just looking at a little water fountain that I have in my house, with a Buddha figure, and was thinking about putting it in the gardens for the summer. Perhaps I will take the fountain apart and create a similar setting for the figure. hmmm

Yes, the second character should be “波”, which means wave.

I corrected the Kanji and reposted a picture.
津波 means Tsunami (Harbor Wave).
