My boys pine wood derby projects. The big race is tomorrow. They came up with the ideas for their cars and handled the sanding and painting. I took care of the power tools and accessories and my wife made the shower curtain. Pretty good team I think. The race car has a “custom” made patina copper spoiler and bracket with a burnt copper windshield. The bathtub uses copper electric wire for the rails and plastic sheet with boot print stickers for the curtain.

Very cool… my dad helped me out building a car when I was a cub scout, anf he also built the track, which was huge. It was a lot of fun.

Great job on them. I remember working with my dad on mine,still have it somewhere.
The tub is just too funny. Good luck to them both.
