Rustic is too gritty sounding to describe this…it is natural and serene, and gently manipulated. It reminds one that the materials we work with are of nature. I like it.

I should make one of these for my sister. She is a master degreed accupuncturist who studied in China. She could hang it in her shop.

Rivergirl:
I use the three characters for Earth, Wood and Fire as a signature for my art. They are the three most important elements that I use in my craft. They are also three of the five Fung Shui elements. The other two are Water and Metal.
