i went to the lumber yard and they had small bundles for five bucks (i took one)and this is what i came up with—thanks to you guys for the inspiration again…///mahogany, maple, walnut, cherry

Great use of scrap. It would be nice if more places had deals like that. I hate to cut up a ‘good’ board to make a cutting board- but I do!
