I built these rocking horses for my twin grandaughters. They are constructed from 5/4” pine stock.
The finish is white lacquer. One girl liked purple and the other liked pink, so the seats were painted
these colors.The mane is brown yarn with each strand glued into a drilled hole. This was a fun
project ,and the girls will enjoy them for years to come.

Very nice.
I have built a lot of rocking toys, but not a rocking horse. Every time I see such nice ones like these, I think to myself that one day I must build a rocking horse.
