Been busy knocking things up in the shed to sell at the markets !!!

Everyone is liking the Mirror Art ive been doing so building more & more !!!
Ive made them from old fence pailings ,which is a big save,”free wood” never say no to that !!

Ive also made some Wine Bottle holders ,which I cut at 36 degrees !! hole are cut with a 1 1/2 inch spade bit ! length of timber 9 3/4 inch !! they were very easy to make , so knocked up about 30 of them in no time !!

Ive also made some candle holders !!!

So hoping for a big day @ the markets , always a good social event when you live in a small town !!

P.S. yes !! I know fella’s the mirror is pink !! and for good reason , because women buy over 90% of things for the home !!! us blokes just pay for it, in one way or another!! and follow it up with a comment like : ‘HOW MUCH” $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ LoL
so these products are targeted especially for that gorgeous 90% ers !!!

Have a great day !!!

The technique I use to get that effect is done by using a wet paint brush ! with my water based arylic art paint !! I dob out heaps of paint of each colour in seperated areas of my pallette , I then apply the paint onto the wood in seperate areas then start mixing the paints together on the timber , vigerously working it up & down the grain working each colour into each other !
Once paint is dry, I seal the painted timber with high gloss laquere with a spray can, this brings the colour right out to the vibrant effect you see !!!

I used a 5 inch house paint brush !!!

Green Mirror
  1. Lime Green
  2. Dark Blue

Pink Mirror
  1. Magenta
  2. Purple #White

The effect you get is wicked !!!

Many people have asked me that one !!!

Think it’s time to do a youtube video to show how I do it !!!

I used a 5 inch house paint brush !!!

need to know anything else, give me ‘Hoy’ happy to help !!!

Cheers Anthony
