MAKE ONE GOOD PATTERN
SCREW OR TAPE OR WHATEVER PATTERN TO WORK PIECE AND SAND
REPEAT AND REPEAT WITH SAME PATTERN
ALL THE PIECES WILL BE THE SAME

Neat idea – the sanding equivalent of a router top bearing trimming cutter

Another idea to store in the recesses of one’s brain for future use.
