I made this desk as a gift to my wife for our first anniversary. It’s knotty pine to match the rest of our bedroom furniture, and the legs are joined to the skirt with mortise-tenon joinery.

Good job! You needed the mortise and tenon with legs that long.

I like the taper on the legs. Imagine the wife appreciates this desk.
