The Rogers Project

The new bath vanities in this relocated master Bath remodel were a small part of a large 2nd floor, over the 3 car garage, 2000 sq. ft. Master suite addition. Architect: Crossroads blue Sky.

They’re made of maple and spray painted with white lacquer. The drawers are 3/4” dovetailed solid maple with Blum under mount slides.

The tile must be seen in person. Installed by their finest installers from Tithof tile co. in Highland park IL. Nice job.

The closet to the left in the bathroom is a walk in closet. There are 2 3ft. pocket doors to close bathroom from hall.

The last picture shows the huge walk in closet above the 3 car garage. I heard the lady of the house went out and bought more clothes to fill it completely. Maybe it was a job site joke. Ha.

Mr. Rogers is by far one of my most interesting and favorite customers.

A good client but a true needle butt to the last detail, Just like me. We are one and the same.

He would make you crazy if he didn’t have that smile and a personality that is so genuine, you just can’t help but say, ” Sure Peter, what ever you want”. His sentences always started with “I don’t mean to bother you, but….”

He had an eye for quality, good design concepts and the ability to (pay for) get exactly what he wanted.
At the same time, he would ask you how you were doing and you could just tell he really wanted to know and would remember the next time he saw you.

It’s nice when you get to share a remodeling experience with people like Mr. Rogers and his wonderful family.

Thanks LW,
I’m surrounded with talented craftsman, in a town full of expensive old mansions, owned by families that appreciate good work and will keep you busy, then send you over to their friends, who sends you to their friends….

I have allot to be thankful for.
