Lighted dropped ceiling with wood grids

My wife wanted a lighted dropped ceiling
in our kitchen, But she did not like the looks of the
Metal Grids and the fact that they could only be setup
for 2X2 and 2X4 openings
I ended up making the Grids, both the tees and wall brackets
out of 1/4 X 1 inch oak, I hung them so that all the Acrylic
panels where the same size
There are two 8 foot fluorescent bulbs that supply the light
