Maple hollow form measuring approximately 5.5 inches tall by 4.5 inches wide. It is finished with layers of aniline dyes and wipe-on poly.

Almost has a late sunset across the reflecting waters look to it, I feel I want to peel it open and eat / see what’s inside.

Looks like a very nice pod from the Alien movies? I am not sure how you did this, but it is a wonderful piece of craftsmanship.

this one really stands out. great detail and design… the curved petal shapes at the opening.
