Blanket Chests with Marquetry inlay.

I make these Blanket Chests for the Grandaughters for their HS Graduations. I make the inlays on a scrollsaw and inlay them. The inside bottom of the chests are lined with 1/4” of aromatic cedar.

-- Measure twice, cut once, and hope for the best.

Really beautiful work I like to see inlays it really takes the piece to another level. I know these are going to be cherished for generations to come.
