The geometric handcarved doors was designed for an open Loggia. I carved the doors using jatoba an outdoor wood for it’s hardness because I wanted every chipped angle to reflect light for the finish creating a shining texture. The amazing part was hanging them. I used a rixon pivot hing to by-fold two set’s of heavy doors. The result was amazing to push the doors back against the wall with one finger. The Longhorn table is a line of furniture I make .

Incredible…I think… Could you post some close-ups so we can see what’s actually going on there?

Wow! Beautiful, looks like a lot of time spent on its production. But it also looks like your house needs paint.

Nice work. I love longhorns and have mounted a few sets in my leather working. Might I ask where you get yours?

The horns are Watusie horns from Africa , I get them wholesale from Africa. Look on ebay under longhorns .

Thanks very much for the info. I wasn’t aware Africa was a part of Ebay.

I’ll have to check that out and see if I can find them.
