Hey guys, this is what i’ve been up to between track and homework.. hope you enjoy, and as always, comments/critiques are very welcome

2nd-3rd pic: camphor hollowform. the finish is 3-4 coats of tung oil, and 2 coats of paste wax. i like how it turned out alot, and this camphor is absolutely gorgeous! the dimensions are: 10.25”x4”, the opening is 3.875” (3 7/8”)

4th pic: X-Acto knife! i foud an old, messed up exacto knife, took off the main body, and replaced it with some beautiful rosewood scrap. i love this thing sososooo muchh!! :D i’ve wanted to do this forever lol

5th pic: here is a square marble-wood lidded bowl. the lid is made out of a bowling ball :) the hole on top is the thumb hole. i took the idea from a woodturning buddy haha ;) i really like the result and i think it looks pretty cool:)

Thanks for looking! Please critique, i know everything up here is far from perfect

Ohh! todays my one-year Lumberjocks anniversary!!! :D

That camphor rocks! I like the bowling ball idea too, might have to try that one!
