Here is another scroll saw project I did a while back. This has always been one of my personal favorites. As you can see, I did this one in miniature also.

I’m not sure why my pictures do not show full size on the projects page but does if I put them in the body – but here are the pictures in better format.

Very nice! How thick is the larger one?

Thanks Gary – they are both just under an 1” thick. It’s a very light piece of walnut.

Chris – I did this project some time ago, but I would guess around an hour. With a good blade in a good saw, these type of projects really don’t take long and they look nice. I almost forgot that I had the miniature on here also. I’m pretty certain it took longer than the larger version because you have to be conscious of your lines working that small.

Thanks Bill and MsDebbie.

More nice scrolling. I like the mini version next to the full sized one.

Thanks Blake and Karson. I like doing the small stuff just to see how small I can go.

Hi Betsy,

I can’t understand why I missed the original post but I am glad this one came up on my list to check. This is a wonderful piece of work. I don’t have a scroll saw but work like this makes me want to add one to my shop.

This is truly a work of art. Thanks for the post, Betsy.

Scott – you should consider the scroll saw—- it’s a fun tool to use.

Thanks Shiney!
