Couple of JR Gent II's

The first is Lace She Oak on a Black TI Jr Gent II rollerball. I got this blank in trade with a friend in Australia and finally put it on a nice kit. I would rather have the wood speak for itself than a lot of bling on a pen but that’s my personal tastes.
The second is Afzelia Burl on a Black TI Jr Gent II and was a mystery blank until I got help identifying it at the Desert Woodturners Roundup last weekend here. I thought it was Amboyna Burl but when I told them the spice ordor I got they were pretty sure it was Afzelia Burl, no matter what I love turning this blank. I need to get a different background for black finish pens though.
All these pens are finished in several coats of CA and wet sanded with Micro Mesh to polish them.
