From the pages of WW magazine. When I saw this table on the cover of the magazine, I knew I wanted to build it. I used walnut and added some maple cockbeading and trim. I ‘cheated’ a little on the drawer and used baltic birch plywood instead of solid wood. Maybe someday I’ll make another (not likely though).

Love that Shaker Furniture!, any and all. As soon as I can ger a picture of a piece I built by looking at it in magazine, I will post it. The little picture wasn’t but about two inches tall, but I duplicated it. Have never had anyone guess what It’s function is. Simple but practical without any waste of wood. Sempere Fi!! and keep up the good work

Beautiful table. I like the maple accents, they make for nice definition.

Great table, simple and elegant. That contrasting cockbeading really sets it off.
Almost looks like inlay until you enlarge the pictures.

With the maple trim it give it a federal look also. A nice job and great execution.
Do you know the issue. I think I have all of them on DVD.
AH! issue 2. I found it.
