That is a tiny little thing, Roper! I like the cleft in the front. Did you cut it in, or is it natural? And it looks very thin. You must have some tiny tools. It’s neat.

Great mini-bowl, what tools did you use to make the bowl out of curiosity!

Dude, how do you do that without it exploding? How many hit the wall before you get one to stay together? As always, nice job

Thanks for all the great feedback guys and gals. Dave I use a modified 1/4” bowl gouge to turn these bowls, Al I am getting better this was a first shot bowl, didn’t throw any of them. I better go knock on some wood. Hey Al I am interested in doing Western Welcome week again, how about you?

Delayed in having my say about this little gem. Great work Roper… it’s really beautifully done. I personally have a great affinity for live edge pieces… I love that balance between what you imposed on it as an artist, and what the bowl had to inspire you naturally. Such a precious piece.. like a little secret you’ve been keeping!

Thank you for the kind words Greg I am glad you like it. I will bring it to school this week so you can see it up close.
