We milled and installed this floor for a customer. When they told us what they wanted I thought it would be gaudy but it turned out really nice. This floor was the foyer and hall. It lead into a cherry plank dining room and living room.

That’s beautiful… did you tounge & groove it?
-- I cut it three times and it's still too short

Thanks everyone.
WannaBBetter, the boards are tongue and grooved before the various shapes are cut. Then any ungrooved edges are grooved with a router and Red Oak splines are used so every piece is mated to the adjoining piece.

That’s amazing work. Too busy for my taste but beautiful nonetheless.
